← All areas of support Online therapy for teens

A place to be heard as you are.

Being a teen can mean carrying a lot at once: school, friendships, family, identity, and pressure about the future. You don’t have to put all of that into perfect words before therapy can help.

Working together

Room to talk. Tools to try.

I work with teens in a warm, laid-back way. We can talk about what matters to you, make sense of emotions and patterns, and figure out what kind of support would actually feel helpful.

Depending on your goals, I may draw on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and DBT skills. We can look at ways to handle overwhelm, communicate needs, and make choices that feel more like your own.

  • Talk about anxiety, self-esteem, identity, friendships, or family stress.
  • Build skills for emotions, boundaries, and difficult conversations.
  • Notice strengths you already have and where you want to grow.
Common questions

A little more clarity.

Does a teen have to know what to say?

No. We can start with what has been hard lately, or even with what they hope therapy won’t feel like.

Can caregivers be part of the conversation?

Yes, we can talk about how caregiver involvement would work and what the teen needs to feel comfortable. The specifics are discussed before starting.

A first conversation

We can start with a conversation.

A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to talk about what brings you in, how I work, and whether the next step feels right. You don’t need a polished explanation to begin.
